Box for a pregnant women

My brother wife have had her birthday and she is pregnant and expecting their first child. I wanted to give her a "bola" jewelry that makes a beutiful sound when she moves. I was inspired by Mian (mians scrapbooking) and her box with card that I saw at Uppsala scrapbooking fair. I colored the digi and I didnt like it, but then my dear husband told me to cut it down and after I did that I like it much more.
